Clinic host agreement

• ​Clinic will be limited to 12 paid riders
• Cost $600 for two-day clinic
• Riders must pay in full (to clinic host) two weeks prior to clinic. Refunds are only given if spots can be filled     
• Richard Winters Horsemanship is guaranteed $5,500 minimum payment for two-day clinic (Host to retain $500 to help defray clinic expenses.)
• Host will provide Winters a place to stay
• Host not responsible for any clinician travel expenses
• Spectators fee $25 per day and $40 for a  2 day clinic - Host retains all revenue from spectator fees
• Host able to charge market value for stalling 
• Host can ride in clinic at no charge - Not transferable
